MIAMI: 2-Day Double Barrel Intensive Workshop 11/4-11/5


We will be returning to gorgeous Miami with our two-day Double Barrel Intensive Workshop in November! 

Over the course of two intense days, students will learn the proper way of structuring a double barrel tier, fill and mask a cake in chocolate ganache, cover tiers in fondant, and make sugarpaste: 

  • English Rose
  • Anemone
  • Ranunculus
  • Filler Flowers

We will bring our flowers to life with a bit of wiring and color dusting. Lastly, we will complete the cakes with beaded piping, gold band accents, and arrangement of our flowers we labored over!

All materials and supplies will be provided for the duration of the workshop.   Everyone will take home a cake at the end of class.
